World Healing Center Church, Inc. (D.B.A. Benny Hinn Ministries) and the Benny Hinn Institute:

• Does not send unsolicited emails.
• Does not purchase email lists from third-party vendors.
• Does not share user or email data with any third-party.
• Only sends promotional or informational email to individuals who have specifically opted-in to receive them.
• You may unsubscribe from our email list(s) at anytime.
• You may update your email subscription settings at anytime.

User spam

The Benny Hinn Institute provides a facility that enables users to send email, private, public or forum messages to other users on our ministry websites. Users must not use Benny Hinn Ministries properties to send unsolicited, bulk, promotional or indiscriminate messages, whether or not for a commercial purpose. Users who violate this policy will have their account terminated.

General rules

Benny Hinn Ministries doesn’t allow accounts with the purpose or execution of the following:

1. Promoting third-party products/services.
   • Promotional Communication.This means that you cannot promote ANY third party products. Benny Hinn Ministries has developed a Godly environment where partners can come to learn and grow spiritually.
2. Promotion of discriminatory, hateful, or harassing content.
   • A Threat of Physical Harm. This means any statement, photograph, advertisement, or other Content that in our sole judgment could be reasonably perceived to threaten, advocate, or incite physical harm to or violence against others.
   • Hateful Content. This means any statement, image, photograph, advertisement, or other Content that in our sole judgment could be reasonably perceived to harm, threaten, promote the harassment of, promote the intimidation of, promote the abuse of, or promote discrimination against others based solely on race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, disease, or immigration status.
3. The use of unwanted contact.
4. To this end, we may suspend or terminate your account if you send negate correspondence or otherwise distribute any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, contains any or all of the above mentioned restrictions.

We also may suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are either:

• An organization that has publicly stated or acknowledged that its goals, objectives, positions, or founding tenets include statements or principles that could be reasonably perceived to advocate, encourage, or sponsor hateful content or a threat of physical harm;
• A person that has publicly made a comment or statement, or otherwise publicly made known a position, including by membership in an organization as discussed above, that could be reasonably perceived as hateful content or a threat of physical harm; or
• A person or organization that has acted in such a way as could be reasonably perceived to support, condone, encourage, or represent hateful content or a threat of physical harm.

If you violate any of these rules, we will terminate your account.

Limited right to use

The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphic, form or document from the Site grants you only a limited, nonexclusive license for use solely by you for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sub-license, sale, preparation of derivative works or other use. Limitations of liability

Credit cards

As long as you’re a Partner or student with a paid account or otherwise have an outstanding balance with us, you’ll provide us with valid credit card information and authorize us to deduct the monthly charges against that credit card.

You’ll replace the information for any credit card that expires with information for a valid one. If your credit card is automatically replaced with a new card by a payment processor, you acknowledge and agree that we’re authorized to deduct any charges on your account against the new credit card.

Anyone using a credit card represents and warrants that they are authorized to use that credit card, and that any and all charges may be billed to that credit card and won’t be rejected. If we’re unable to process your credit card order, we’ll try to contact you by email and suspend your account until your payment can be processed.

Lapsed accounts

In order to keep membership rosters current, if a member does not access his or her account for a period of 1 year or more, World Healing Center Church/Benny Hinn Ministries may, in its sole discretion, terminate such member’s account. World Healing Center Church/Benny Hinn Ministries will endeavor to notify a member of intent to terminate such account by notice to such member’s provided email address prior to deactivation.

We strongly recommend that all members keep their accounts and contact data current and in use. While World Healing Center Church/Benny Hinn Ministries/the Benny Hinn Institute/Benny Hinn School of Ministry desires to prevent active accounts from being terminated prematurely, there is no obligation to maintain said accounts that appear to have been abandoned.

Member address verification

World Healing Center Church/Benny Hinn Ministries/the Benny Hinn Institute/Benny Hinn School of Ministry reserves the right to contact a member via email to verify the accuracy of account information (including the Member’s correct name and address) that is needed to provide the member with the information he or she requested.

Refunds & exchanges

All donations are non-refundable, although depending on the circumstances, we may issue the requested refund.

Digital products offered for sale are NOT refundable. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your enrollment or subscription, and depending on the specific circumstances, we may issue a coupon code for use on a Benny Hinn Ministries/the Benny Hinn Institute website equal to the amount of the original purchase price however, we reserve the right to make adjustments to this policy without obtaining user submissions.

Third-party re-sellers

In addition to all sales on any Benny Hinn Ministries owned websites, the church also uses third-party re-sellers for product distribution. Purchases made on third-party sellers (for example: Amazon, Facebook, Google Shop, Google Play, iTunes, Shopify, Spotify, etc.) are subject to that particular re-seller’s privacy policy and terms and conditions.

Anti-money laundering (AML) policy

The Benny Hinn Ministries/the Benny Hinn Institute AML Policy is designed to prevent money laundering by meeting the AML legislation obligations including the need to have adequate systems and controls in place to mitigate the risk of the firm being used to facilitate financial crime. Our AML Policy sets out the minimum standards which must be complied with and includes:

• Establishing and maintaining risk based systems and procedures to monitor on-going customer activity;
• Procedures for reporting suspicious activity internally and to the relevant law enforcement authorities as appropriate;
• The maintenance of appropriate records for the minimum prescribed periods;
• Training and awareness for all relevant employees

To stop receiving text messages from a specific Benny Hinn Ministries text messaging program, text STOP to the short code for the text messaging program from which you no longer wish to receive messages (i.e., the five-, six- or 10-digit number from which its text messages are being sent). You acknowledge that you will then receive one (1) final message from Benny Hinn Ministries confirming your opt-out of that text messaging program. Following such confirmation message, no additional text messages associated with that program will be sent to you unless you re-activate your subscription. Your mobile telephone number

You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) you enroll. You are responsible for notifying Benny Hinn Ministries immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You agree to indemnify Benny Hinn Ministries in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify Benny Hinn Ministries if you change your telephone number including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Access or delivery to mobile network is not guaranteed

It is your responsibility to determine if your mobile carrier supports text messaging and if your mobile device is capable of receiving text messages. Your receipt of our text messages is subject to the terms and conditions of your agreement(s) with your mobile carrier.

Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of circumstances or conditions. You understand and acknowledge that network services, including but not limited to mobile network services, are outside of Benny Hinn Ministries’ control, and Benny Hinn Ministries is not responsible or liable for issues arising from such network services (e.g., delayed or undelivered messages or the security of any messages).

Supported carriers

Supported carriers may change from time to time, but currently include AT&T, Sprint/Boost/Virgin, T-Mobile/MetroPCS, Verizon Wireless, CellCom USA, C Spire Wireless, U.S. Cellular, Carolina West Wireless (CWW), and Google Voice, among others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

To receive Benny Hinn Ministries text messages, you must be a resident of the United States or Canada and 18 years of age or older. Benny Hinn Ministries reserves the right to require you to prove that you are at least 18 years of age.

Changes to terms and conditions

Benny Hinn Ministries may revise, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. You agree to review these Benny Hinn Ministries Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your continued consent to receive Benny Hinn Ministries text messages will indicate your acceptance of those changes.

Termination of text messaging

We may suspend or terminate your receipt of Benny Hinn Ministries text messages if we believe you are in breach of our Terms and Conditions. Your receipt of Benny Hinn Ministries text messages is also subject to termination in the event that your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses. Benny Hinn Ministries reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of Benny Hinn Ministries text messages, with or without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, we are not responsible and will not be liable for any damages of any nature, including without limitation any incidental, special, or consequential damages (such as lost profits or lost business opportunities), punitive damages, or attorney’s fees.
